Theme: Leading & Growing Volunteer Teams
What does it look like to cast vision to potential team members? We’ll be looking at how we can stay dependent on God to build His church (and our teams) and at the same time lead strategically and faithfully. We’ll be looking at how to grow teams, how to create opportunities for up coming leaders and more.
