Every two years, Advance churches from across Africa gather to strengthen one another, build relationships, encourage one another in the gospel, and be equipped for the work God has called us to. We’re looking forward to gathering again in 2027 as we continue strengthening churches and advancing the gospel together across the continent.

Venue: Club Mykonos, Langebaan, Sudáfrica
Registration closes: Wednesday, 31 March 2027

Conference costs

Conference fee: R2,500 per person
Includes the full conference programme, lunches and dinners.

Accommodation: R1,560–R2,280 per person sharing
Includes three nights’ accommodation at Club Mykonos, from 17–19 May, with breakfast. The cost depends on your selected room type.

This year, you’ll be able to book accommodation for your entire team as part of the registration process.

Conference places and accommodation are limited and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. You’ll be able to select from the available accommodation options during registration. If your preferred option is no longer available, we’ll contact you to discuss the closest suitable alternative for your team.

Additional information

Airport shuttles
Shuttle transport will be available between Cape Town International Airport and Club Mykonos. Departure times and booking details will be provided in the registration form.

Financial assistance
If you require financial support to attend, please speak to your local Hub Leader before registering.

Extra nights
Advance will arrange accommodation for the conference nights only, 17–19 May. If you’d like to extend your stay before or after the conference, please book additional nights directly with Club Mykonos.

Children and families
This is an adults-focused event and childcare will not be available. Parents attending with infants are responsible for their care throughout the conference.

A detailed conference programme will be shared with registered delegates closer to the event.
