I understand and acknowledge that participation in the above-mentioned activity/event may involve risks, including the risk of injury. I willingly participate and agree to assume all risks, whether known or unknown.
I understand that participation in outdoor activities, swimming, and transportation carries inherent risks, including, but not limited to, injury, illness, or even death. I acknowledge that my participation is voluntary and that I assume full responsibility for any risks associated with it.
I hereby indemnify, waive, and hold harmless the organisers, facilitators, owners of the premises, sponsors, agents, volunteers, employees, and any other person involved, from and against any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions or causes of action, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from or in connection with my participation in this event/activity.
